This award is open to all European investors who achieved an exit for shares or cash between 1 1 June 2016 – 31 May 2017.

The judges will be looking for evidence demonstrating:

• Your role in growing the business
• Your role in the exit strategy and executing the deal
• The shareholder value (IRR & Total Returns) created by the exit
• The impact on the Founder shareholders
• The positive impact on the wider community
